Veronica Jaramillo

Co-Founder @FOODTRUTHPROJECT

Veronica Jaramillo (BSc Food Science 2024) attends McGill University based in Montreal, QC. She is an aspiring food scientist, and has a passion for dispelling misinformation within her community. Outside of her academic pursuits, she is a private piano teacher, a party princess entertainer, and rents out her converted mini school bus @kyriethebus!

Priscilla Leftakis

Co-Founder @FOODTRUTHPROJECT

Priscilla Leftakis (she/her) graduated from McGill University in 2023 with a Bachelors of Food Science. She currently works as a quality control manager at Yourbarfactory, in Quebec, Canada. Outside of her professional endeavours, she enjoys travelling, reading fantasy novels and is passionate about educating others on food safety & food science principles!
