About Our Workshops

Debunking misinformation surrounding food, nutrition, and wellness.

In our interactive workshops for people of all ages, we discuss basic food science principles such as macronutrients, micronutrients, food morality and what our food is made of. We also educate our attendees on the effects of misinformation as a whole and when it pertains to food & nutrition. Using real-life examples of videos found by our team on social media, we debunk and clarify the trendiest myths found online at the moment. The goal of these workshops are to promote food science literacy and increase critical thinking skills when navigating social media, no matter what age, gender or background of the attendees. Workshops are generally 60 minute sessions with a 20 minute Q/A period for attendees.
